I arrived after a long drive and the check-in process was a nightmare. It took me over three hours to get checked into my room because the front desk agent didn’t know how to help. I ended up sleeping in my car in the parking lot because I was never formally checked in, and to top it all off, my card was charged despite the promised refund the next day.

The exceptional desk clerk made our stay comfortable by providing an easy chair for my 91-year-old mother. Enjoyed evening cocktails in the spacious bar area.

Ideal spot for couples

I loved the spacious room layout, man! It made everything easy to access. The shower was roomy, perfect for getting ready together, and the beds were comfortable with two pillows each, felt like heaven.

It wasn't the cheapest option around, but for what you get, well worth it.

I had a wonderful stay with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was remarkably friendly, making each interaction enjoyable. The location is perfect for nearby attractions. Breakfast varied each morning, keeping things fresh. My only issue was the inconsistent upkeep, which affected the overall experience. Definitely worth another visit!

this was my second stay in penfield, and the service at the hampton inn truly exceeded my expectations during our anniversary celebration. the staff was welcoming and helped make our stay extra special. breakfast was a delight with plenty of options, including fresh fruit and warm pastries.

the pool was closed for maintenance.

We explored the Sam Patch Dock and took a relaxing ride on the Colonial Belle. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was super helpful. Breakfast had plenty of options to kickstart our day. Highly recommended for group trips!

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff was exceptionally friendly and engaging, which made me feel welcomed. The breakfast was another highlight with a great variety of options like freshly made waffles and eggs. However, the water shut-off for maintenance during the evening was a bit inconvenient and I would have appreciated a heads up about that.

hampton inn is perfectly located close to everything we needed to visit family in pittsford, webster, and rochester. the staff was amazing, really accommodating, and the little fire pit added a cozy touch. we appreciated the pet-friendly option, and the breakfast was different every morning, which was a nice perk!

The stay had a disappointing turn this time. the King Studio Suite was unclean, with a fridge that had spoiled food and brown residue in the shower. Heating barely worked, requiring us to crank it to 90 degrees. It was uncomfortable enough that we both woke up with irritated eyes, leading to pink eye. Despite the hard work of the staff, these issues overshadowed the experience.
